What type of surface do I need?
A level surface is the safest. We can install a bouncy castle on tarmac as well as grass. We do ask for the area to be clean from anything that could damage the castle, sharp objects and animal poo etc.
How clean are your Bouncy Castles?
We ensure that each Bouncy Castle is clean and ready to use for our next customer.
Can the castle go indoors?
Yes, we have products to suit halls and indoor venues.
How much ground space do I need to install a bouncy castle in my garden?
You will need 2ft extra either side of the bouncy castle and 5 ft behind for the blower.
You will also need approx 5 ft in front of the bouncy castle, to enable enough space for safely entering and exiting the bouncy castle.
How do we book?
Please contact us by phone or email. You will find our details at the bottom of every page.
Do you deliver?

What time do you deliver the bouncy castle?
When you make your booking we will tell you a time when we will deliver the bouncy castle. We ask for a responsible adult to be in at the time to take the delivery.
What is the Disclaimer?
When we deliver the castle, you will be required to sign the disclaimer form to say that you have fully read and understand the 'Terms & Conditions' and safety aspects.
Is all your equipment safety tested?
Yes, all our inflatables have up to date safety certificates and the blowers & extension leads are PAT tested, our extension leads all have RCD plugs fitted.
When and how do I pay?
We ask for full payment on delivery.
Is Ace Airplay insured?
Yes, we are fully insured for £1,000,000 Public liability cover.
Would you take the Bouncy Castle through the house to get into the back garden?
Yes, at the household owners risk. Bouncy castles when deflated are rather bulky and large.
Would you go up steps?
Yes, a few steps are acceptable but the weight of the castles prevents us from an entire flight.
How does the castle stay up?
We use an electric blower, which stays on all the time the Bouncy castle is in use.
We can also provide up to 50 metres of extension lead.
What should I do if the inflatable is not being used for part of the day?
You should switch the blower off at the mains any time the inflatable is not being used.
But please ensure the inflatables are fully inflated for collection.
What should we do if it rains heavily?
We recommend the inflatable is switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling (which is normal) can be dried with a towel.
What should I do in the event of the blower over-heating or power loss?
Switch the blower off at the mains and then, one or two minutes later, switch back on and it should restart.
If it does not restart or there is a power cut contact us immediately.
What happens if the inflatables starts to deflate?
Evacuate all persons from the inflatable immediately and contact us.
Do not switch the blower on and off whilst the inflatables are in use.
